OUR STORY
In August 2024, we took over Camilla’s Kaffe — and with it came a dream fulfilled. Owning our own restaurant has always been our passion, and we’re excited to bring fresh energy, a new menu, dinner service, and a fabulous dining experience to our community.
Our Chef, James Montoya, graduated from the California Culinary Arts Institute in 1989 and the Miyako Sushi and Washoku School in 2019. Over the years, he’s had the privilege of working alongside renowned chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, Emeril Lagasse, and Marc Meyer. Cooking isn’t just James’s profession — it’s his lifelong passion. He is dedicated to creating meals and moments that guests will never forget.
Joining him is his niece, Autumn Montoya, Co-Owner and General Manager. With over 15 years in the restaurant industry, Autumn has done it all — from serving customers to overseeing front-of-house operations and managing the behind-the-scenes details that keep a restaurant thriving. Her experience and leadership ensure that every guest feels welcome and cared for.

Both James and Autumn were born and raised in New Mexico, and they proudly bring a touch of their heritage into the menu. That New Mexican flare is woven into everything we do, honoring tradition while offering something fresh and memorable for every guest who walks through our doors.
